Where is my order?

Standard delivery within the United Kingdom takes approximately 5–7 working days from dispatch.
How can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to make a change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@vitalmobilitycare.co.uk. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, changes may no longer be possible.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your order arrives damaged, please email support@vitalmobilitycare.co.uk within a reasonable timeframe. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
How do I return an item?

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
Most orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
What happens if I entered the wrong email address?
If you entered an incorrect email address at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update contact details such as your email address or delivery address before dispatch, but we may not be able to change order details once processing has begun.
